At the end of July, the Resilient Revolt network came together once again: This time to deal with the topic of climate justice through newspaper theatre, a method from the Theatre of the Oppressed. During this workshop, several scenes were created and performed around ongoing topics such as mental health, forest fires and energy poverty. As one participant observes, one of the aims of newspaper theatre is to create “a connection to people’s emotions by using an abstract thing in the news.”
